Kurzfassung

Im Rahmen dieses Vortrags werden die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Faserverbundwerkstoffen (FVK) in modularen Türaggregateträgern diskutiert, welche die passive Sicherheit des Insassen erhöhen können und gleichzeitig ein hohes Integrationspotential bei niedrigem Gewicht ermöglichen. Anhand eines ausgeführten Bauteils (realisiert im SFB 332 der DFG) wird die Entwicklung und Erprobung modularer Türaggregateträger aus endlosfaserverstärktem FVK vorgestellt und es werden die Möglichkeiten einer Fertigung in industriellem Maßstab diskutiert.

Abstract

Within the frame of this lecture the different possibilities to apply fibre-reinforced materials (FRP) to modular door aggregate carriers will be discussed. By means of applying fibre-reinforced plastics the passive safety of the passenger can be increased and simultaneously a high integrational potential at low weight is made possible. On the basis of an implemented component (realized within the SFB 332 of the DFG) the development and testing of modular door aggregate carriers consisting of endless fibre-reinforced FRP is introduced and the possibilities of production in an industrial standard are discussed.
