Local Environment Impact metrics deals with the non-CO2 environmental issues. It evaluates the technical aspects energy convertors, local/on-borad storage, retail and depot, transport of the fuel and production of fuel, based on following criteria
- Effect on air quality. Here the emissions other then CO2 are taken into consideration.
- Noise or perception of noise
- Land Use / Disfigurement Impact
