Topic and Goal of the Thesis
Vehicles are driving increasingly automated. But how can we prove that these vehicles are safe?
This is the key question to assure safety of automated vehicles. To prove this in realistic tests, driving scenarios on a variety of intersections have to be generated.
In this work, you shall investigate how real driving scenarios can be transferred realistically between different urban intersections. Especially the characteristics of intersections shall be considered, and existing driving scenarios shall be adapted to them. Based on the developed method, scenarios shall be generated and compared to real scenarios.
