Programme Review 2012 [icon name="icon-arrow-circle-right"][/icon] Outlook 2015

At our 2013 symposium on hybrid and electric drivetrains more than 70 expert came together to discuss the latest developments and technologies in alternative propulsion systems technology. Main topics were scalable battery management systems and their implementation in efficient control units for different vehicle applications. Furthermore, new algorithms for intelligent torque distribution in electric and hybrid all-wheel drives were presented. It was also shown how complex drivetrain simulation models can support and accelerate the optimization of system topologies and operating strategies of hybrid vehicles in an early stage of the development process.
