Our Meetup series for interested parties presents and discusses current, practice-relevant research topics in the field of future mobility.
Networked driving: Not without an anchor of trust!
How can connected vehicles be protected against cyber threats?
Fully connected driving and multimodal networked mobility will not be possible without strong trust chains secured by cryptography and electronic certificates. In his lecture, Malte Pollmann will describe the basic principles of security measures for bidirectionally connected vehicles, which are, for example, just as important for security of over-the-air updates as they are for the protection of privacy, for example in the recording and transmission of predictive maintenance data.
The event starts at 18:00 hrs, the talk will be held in German.
Registration is requested.
