  • 1 DOF force cells for hydraulic input force measurement
  • Over 40 triaxial accelerometers available
  • 8 displacement sensors, e.g. for knuckle motion on spatial directions

Technical Data

  • Adjustable frame in x- and y-direction for different chassis designs and sizes
  • Static tire load up to 1500 kg
  • Generator mode for chassis with e-drive up to 1150 Nm
  • Various excitation forms possible
    1. Hydraulic system using wheel substitute systems
      • Vertical or horizontal excitation direction and all angles there between are possible
      • Actuator force at 280 bar: 72.6 kN
      • Possible amplitude +/- 20mm
      • Excitation signals: frequency/ amplitude sweep, pink noise, specific road signals
    2. Drum excitation with cleats
      • Up to 20 mm cleat height
      • Velocities up to 100 km/h
      • Different cleat angles
