Automated Driving

The development of automated driving goes on constantly and offers the opportunity to disruptively change mobility. In the course "Automated Driving" you will be taught a broad range of knowledge from sensor technology and perception to trajectory planning and safety assurance of highly automated driving functions. Thereby, you will acquire the skills to help shaping automated driving.

Learning Outcomes

  • After completing the course, students will be able to explain the sub-steps of the development process of automated driving along the A-model.
  • After completing the course, students will be able to apply algorithms within the different steps of the development process.
  • After completing the course, students will be able to evaluate components and systems in the context of automated driving.
