Race of Jurisdictions – Update on current legal issues of automated driving

Note: This Meetup takes place on Wednesday.

Our Meetup series for interested parties presents and discusses current, practice-relevant research topics in the field of future mobility.

The technical development of automated driving functions continues to progress. In his lecture Volker Hartmann will explain the importance of the legal framework for placing such driving functions on the market. In addition to an overview of the relevant areas of law, he will describe the framework conditions in the most important market blocks USA, EU and China and make it clear that the legal framework represents a competitive factor that must be taken into account in product strategies and marketing timelines.
