Transportation Design – Fundamentals and Industrial Practice

The lecture covers the subject area of transportation and product design. The students will learn to develop their own ideas methodically, to implement them graphically and to be able to present them in a way that is understandable to others. The course thus promotes the ability to communicate with other disciplines.

The major topics of the lecture are:

  • Communication and Design
  • Fundamentals of product design
  • History of car design
  • Development and function of the modern automobile design
  • Working methods of designers
  • Decision-making

Requirements:

  • Recommended: "Automotive Engineering I"

This course is held in cooperation with Hochschule Hof .

The number of participants is limited by 20.
