Eine offene Software- und Hardware-Architektur für zukünftige Fahrzeuge

Führende Universitäten und Automobilentwickler wollen intelligente und vernetzte Fahrzeuge ermöglichen

Im gerade gestarteten Verbundprojekt AUTOtech.agil soll eine offene Software- und Hardware-Architektur für das Mobilitätssystem der Zukunft geschaffen werden. Damit kann die Transformation des Straßenverkehrs aktiv mitgestaltet werden. Gefördert wird das Forschungsvorhaben mit fast 25 Mio. Euro vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) in der Förderrichtlinie „Elektronik und Softwareentwicklungsmethoden für die Digitalisierung der Automobilität (Mannheim)“.

Introducing LENS, a new Horizon Europe project on noise and air pollution

LENS (L-vehicles Emissions and Noise mitigation Solutions) is a 36-months project funded by the Horizon Europe (HEU) Research and Innovation Programme with approximately 5 million EUR. It aims to assist law enforcement, cities, and regulatory authorities to reduce the contribution of L-category vehicles – LVs (mopeds, motorcycles, tricycles, and quadri-mobiles) to noise and air pollution. The project kicked off in September 2022.
